How long does Your Crafted Charms take to produce and ship an order?

Our standard production time is 2-5 business days. However, orders for the US can be fulfilled within 3 business days, and 2 business days for the EU.

Where is Your-Crafted-Charms located/shipping from?

We at Your-Crafted-Charms have partner facilities in both the US and the EU.

All US orders are shipped from our partner facility in Montclair, California, while EU orders will ship from our partner facility in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.


What is the personalization technique used? Is it laser engraving?

Yes, our products are personalized using laser engraving. Laser engraving is a precise and permanent method where a thin layer of the material is etched away, leaving a dark, high-contrast mark. This technique ensures durability and a professional finish on all our products.

Please note that under different angles and lighting conditions, the engraved mark may not always appear black due to the visibility of the etched layer. This variation in appearance is a natural characteristic of the laser engraving process.


What material is the jewelry made of, and is it hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is made from 304L stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.

The gold and rose gold variants are plated with 18K gold, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish.


How should I keep my jewelry from tarnishing and last longer?

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful and lasting longer, follow these care instructions:

Avoid Contact with Chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals like household cleaners, perfumes, or hairspray, as they can damage the finish over time.

Keep Dry: Remove your jewelry before activities like bathing, swimming, or washing hands. Water exposure can deteriorate the plating.

Store Properly: When not in use, store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably in a soft-lined jewelry box or pouch, to prevent scratches and tarnishing.

Clean Gently: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the jewelry. Avoid using jewelry cleaners or abrasive materials that can wear down the plating.

The personalization of our jewelry is achieved through laser engraving, which delicately etches designs onto the surface. To preserve the engraving and finish quality, follow the above care instructions to maintain the integrity and appearance of your jewelry.

Where does Your-Crafted-Charms ship to?

We ship to the US, all countries in the EU, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

What Shipping Carriers do you use?

In the US: We use USPS.

In the EU: We use PostNL, which partners with the local postal service of each country (e.g., DHL in Germany, La Poste in France, Royal Mail in the UK, and Correos in Spain).

For Canada, Australia, and New Zealand: We ship via GlobalPost through USPS.

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping for the following countries:

What are your Returns and Refunds Policy?

Quality Assurance: If there's an error on our part (wrong product color, scratched product, incorrect engraving details, incorrect names, or any discrepancy with your order), we will remake and reship the product at no additional cost to you. By default, we do not offer refunds but are committed to resolving issues swiftly, satisfactorily, and reasonably.

No Returns: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Customer Errors: If the issue is NOT from our end (e.g., wrong engraving info, incorrect shipping address), Your Crafted Charms is NOT responsible for reproducing the order at our cost.

Support: While we have a no-refunds policy, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you have concerns, we are eager to work with you to find a resolution.
